I have been working as a practicing lawyer in Osaka for about 20 years. The law professor in Himeji-Dokko School of Law became also my job, after teaching in faculy of law for 2 years, along with inauguration of a law school system. The assignments are a civil and a consumer law. Especially, I am specializing a investment law: securities law and commodity futures law.Other speciality is a e-commerce law.

I am now doing my thesis on unfair terms in consumer contract and I am very interested in what you have posted here. However, could you please introduce cases in Japan relating to unfair terms in consumer contract to me?Since I can not read Japanese (my JPanese profiency is intermediate level), could you please introduce me to English website or papers or any source of materials dealing with unfair terms in consumer contract in JP?
